Derrick Jackson
Derrick Jackson is licensed Pennsylvania Real estate broker. He received his Pennsylvania real estate Incense in 1999 and has practiced full time since that time. He has obtained various certifications including Construction Management from Temple University, Default and Mortgage Foreclosure Specialist, and Certified Manager of Community Associations. Derrick Jackson is a second generation real estate broker.
Candis J. Pressley
Candis Pressley has dedicated her entire adult life to every aspect of the real estate industry. She started her career, while in college, as a property manager of student and low-income housing. She worked her way up the ranks securing her sales and broker licenses. Currently, Candis single handedly manages a personal portfolio of more than 3 million square feet of real estate space, which includes multi-tenant housing.
Darlene Meekins ,MBA
Darlene has over 20 years of business experience holding various positions, from computer software sales to an analyst to team lead overseeing contractors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Computer Science from PennWest California and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Joseph’s University. Upon completing her master’s degree in 2012, she took a risk to pursue her interest in Real Estate. She is currently a full-time licensed REALTOR and REALTIST.
Carlo L. Batts
Carlo L. Batts, MAI is the Principal of Rittenhouse Appraisals; a regional commercial real estate valuation firm based in Center City Philadelphia. Carlo has been appraising commercial real estate for over ten years and has been involved in the real estate industry for over twenty.
