Chuck Nowicki, CLTP, NTP, has 40+ years of experience in the Title Industry, which includes title searches, residential and commercial settlements. He is currently an Associate in a Title Agency and also runs a real estate settlement company. Chuck has been very active with the Pennsylvania Land Title Association serving on numerous committees and chairing the
Professional Designation Committee. After earning the Professional Designation of "Certified
Land Title Professional (CLTP)" by Pennsylvania Land Title Association (PLTA) he also earned the
American Land Title Association's (ALTA) professional designation “National Title Professional (NTP)”. Currently Chuck serves on the PLTA’s Board of Directors as the 2019 - 2020 President. Chuck also served on the Advisory Board for Supportive Behavioral Sciences for 7 years. In his spare time he enjoys riding his bicycle and has ridden all the cycling charity events including: the MS Ride, American Cancer Society Ride, Pedal, etc. often doing 100 miles a day. He has also ridden Bike Yellowstone and Biker Virginia.
